To receive further information on our products, name and e-mail is mandatory so that information may be returned to you.

Part II. Information Usage.

The information collected by SmartNote will be used for marketing purposes only. Users who provide information will receive information our products. The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources such as credit history to authorize purchases. We will not share data with any third parties. If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will post the information to our web site.
